project manager for 15 years at a local flooring company. He has a CA C-15
Flooring Contractors license and ADS is Small Business Certified. Combined with his youthful experience working for his father's flooring business as well as retail management, Adam brings over five decades experience to the industry. Mary Roxanne Slaugh is a mother of three, writer and entrepreneur. She uses her graphic design, marketing and accounting expertise to run the office and marketing ends of the flooring business. In the 20 years since ADS began, she has gleaned a wealth of knowledge about flooring and is a licensed contractor. She stays ahead of color and style trends and has lighting and design experience so feel free to ask for assistance to help choose the right color and style for your next flooring project.
